What? No New Orleans? My city being underwater due to years of inept local government would make me angry. Strange.

New York is #57. Wow.
|
Charlotte is #15 but Cleveland is #32? I guess Charlotte is still mad about the Hornets.
|
Wilmington? They have no tax on CDs. What have they got to be angry about?

Not as nasty as those in Dover, Delaware (think the cast of HeeHaw turned mean), but nasty nonetheless. |

Note: New Orleans is/was underwater because of Hurricane Katrina. You probably heard about it. It was on the news.

I dunno, just a thought. Pretty sure the crime went up like 30% after Texas allowed them all in. |
Richmond, VA #65

DC is #25, sounds about good... |
Detroit number 3.. the reasons? 1) Winter 2) The Lions 3) Winter 4) Red Wings and Pistons having the best seasons and losing in playoffs 5) Winter
6) Potholes 7) Winter 8) Fear that the Tigers will do what the Wings and Pistons did (or even blow it before they get that far!) and 9) WINTER!!!!! |

Orlando is number one because every single road is perpetually closed down to one lane due to construction and there are a zillion tourists on those roads who don't know where they're going. And that's during the summer months. During the winter months, you have the snowbirds who know where they're going, but they can't see over the steering wheel, and drive like 14 mph on the interstate, where the speed limit is 70. |
