Lease Agreement Question
 

Hey all,

We have a situation where the rent from brothers living in our house is collected through the University's Billing System. The excess money is then forwarded to the House Corporation.

I was wondering if anyone had a lease between the House Corp or Chapter and the tennant that referenced this payment process. I only have language reflecting rent collection directly by the House Corporation, and I really need to adjust that before we send these leases out to the students.

Couldn't it just refer to paying rent to "the House Corporation or their agent" and be sufficient?

Thats ktsnake. We ended up adding a few lines about payment being made to the University.
