Question about Microsoft Word

Is there a way to "accept all" for changes when you send someone a document and they return it with tracked edits?

Thanks for your help!

Thanks--- I was going to try to delete this thread, but it looks like we don't have that feature any more?

I have MS Word 2003 and the last comment that AXid670 still applies in newer MS Words. It's a cool feature ranging from final withe markup to final, to original and original with markup... you get the idea.

In MS word 2003 it's Tools> Track Changes and a bar will appear at the top and you can fiddle around it.

I have a different Word problem: some of our professors' summary documents appear to be in French. The words are typed and spelled in English, but they're all underlined in red because the spellchecker knows they're not French words. How do I make this go away?

You need to change the language setting to English (American) and then it will recognize that all the words are not misspelled.

That happens to me all the time when I open my company's templates. I thought it was b/c our headquarters are in Quebec and all of our company-wide correspondence is in French and then in English.... but maybe it's just another MS Word "feature."
