HI everyone!
i think this is awesome that we are all Alpha Xi's and we can talk to each other on here.
my big gave me this link and said i should check it out and it pretty cool!
but i kinda have a question and if ne one can help me that would be great.
I am the historian for my chapter at Lycoming College and as historian there is one event that i have to create and i was wondering what other people have done? We are a new chapter and we dont have much local history but i would love to hear ideas and examples!

But again it puts a smile on my face to be able to talk to fellow Alpha Xi Delta women so easily!

What kind of event are you looking for. A philanthropy, PR, or something for the chapter?

im looking for a event for the chapter kinda to refresh their memory on the history or at least i think thats what im supposed to do but im not sure so any suggestions would help!

When I was historian what I did was make a slide show of events that happened throughout the year and showed it on Founders Day (or the day the ceremony is done). I have pictures that where different from the scrap book. I also had a National/Chapter History Jeopordy game. Its fun.

yea what i did this past semester was a national/ chapter jeopardy game as well but it was mostly all national history since we dont have much of a chapter past but the slideshow sounds neat so maybe ill look into that for this next semester thanks for the idea!
