Please be careful! Remember, if AND when you join "private" groups, you really don't know who you are communicating with.


Just be careful about the information you tend to "share" unless you have personally met sorors and can "vouch" for their membership other than "I am one because I say/type so" orrrrrrrrrr I know the answer to this or I know the answer to that.

From the very first post I was :confused:

I don't know that many SENIOR senior citizens who hang out on the 'net.

I am a senior, too (relative to the rest of the board members) although not as senior as you. :D I am also an ex-IBMer and it even took me awhile to learn how to proficiently navigate the Net. That is why I am so impressed. So you keep on moseying on down! :D

i didn't just wake up today and was like i will learn the internet today I've at it awhile and since i have learned enough from my grandson to start navigating on my own he told me about this site and yahoo groups so i am here seeing how this are going.

Now y'all know, I am really trying to do the Ideal* thing and practice some restraint up in here...

Wow, your grandson told you about this site and also taught you how to start your own Yahoo group called AKA_in_DEAPTH? Wow. In Deapth? Your grandson must be quite a savvy young man. Would this be the same grandson who you have referred to in another thread as having "pledged AKA" and having a bleeding dedication?
