|
I recently graduated and both my parents and my boyfriends parents were there and took lots and lots of photos.
I've never been into making scrapbooks, unless they were for recruitment; however, i have so many pictures of graduation and my last few days at SU that i don't know what to do with them! I don't have enough wall space, my new apartment in savannah is not the biggest. I want to start making a "graduation" scrapbook so that i don't lose the photos...I need to venture out into savannah and find a craft store! Natalia |
well now that i have so many pictures from europe (seriously like 600) i've gotta make a scrapbook of my european adventures!!
anyone have ideas??? *my mom's going to do the outside of the album in union jack (england's flag) material |
HI All,
I Scrapbook!!!!! Between my mom and I, I think we own almost anything that Creative Memories has ever made. it's a great way to preserve memories. My suggestion for anyone who is goig to start scrapbooking is to contact a Creative Memories consultant and schedule a workshop with her. Do this before you go out and buy tons of stuff. I bought all types of cutters, etc that were very difficult to work with. About 6 months after starting scrapbooking (and getting very frustrated) I was at an outdoor festival and met a CM consultant. She was absolutely the best - Iota Gamma benefited from me discovering Creative Memories, they inherited everything else I had already bought which was a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff. Beth, you can come over and use our stuff any time (please, please do - the house is overrun with scrapbooking stuff). Also, I'll give you the name of my consultant and she will even schedule one on one appointments to help you out. I am meeting with her on the 16th so I can finish my parent's 50th anniversary celebration album (the party was 2 years ago). Carolyn |

I buy my paper and embelishments (stickers, brads, ribbon, etc.) and even my scisscors, albums, pages and protectors at stores like Jo-Ann, Michael's and Pat Katans. I like the strap albums that CM sells, but I buy the cheaper ones at stores!
I DO, however, love many of the CM products - like the personal trimmer (sounds like a product sold at sex toy parties {which are super fun - but another topic}, but it looks like a small paper cutter that schools have) its great to use to crop pictures straight! I love their cutting system and swear buy it - def. buy ovals and jewel patterns first! I have the corner rounder as well - aweome product. Eh I do like a good mix of things. Ive concidered selling CM, I might if I move into a new market. I just have two really awesome CM ladies I buy from. One is a nurse at the school my friend works at, she lives 2.5 down the street from me - which rocks. The other is a FOUNDER of the ZETA NU (chapter I advise) chapter of Phi Sig :) Shes awesome too! Well kiddles, Im SO happy that GC is back! |
