Alumni involvement and community groups
 

I was wondering with so many different groups trying to get members: alumni chapters, Panhellenic, Juior League, what other groups is everyone a member of?

I am a member of my condo Board of Directors, a Director of the Edmonds Arts Festival and a domestic violence volunteer.

Since I have school aged children, my focus is on them. I'm an assistant Cub Scout den leader and the Advancement Chairman for our Pack. That means I'm a registered Boy Scout. I'm also a registered Girl Scout because my daughter is a Girl Scout and to be involved with her troop at all, one has to register. I'm contemplating joining a Parent-Principal Committee at my daughter's middle school because I have some concerns and it seems like the best way to address them. I'm not sure though, because I often feel overstretched already...

So, I'm a Boy Scout and a Girl Scout :D

I am a member of the Bolingbrook Jaycees and a board member of AAUW - Bolingbrook Area Branch.

In addition to my sorority involvement for the past 16 years as an alumna, I am Philanthropy Chair for my homeowners association and Chair of our largest fundraising committee in the Junior League.
