Phi Sig Alum Reunion in Vegas this August

The Las Vegas Alum Club is planning a Phi Sigma Alumnae Reunion for August. They have sent out an email I'm including a part of it here. If you want the info on who to contact or the address for the Yahoo Group send me a PM and I can forward the whole email on to you.

Remember this year there isn't a LTS or Convention for all of us to meet up at so hopefully some of you can make it to Vegas instead.

You asked for it, and here it is at long last!

PHI SIGMA SIGMA ALUMNAE REUNION
August 11-13, 2006
Las Vegas, Nevada

The Las Vegas Alumnae Club is planning a reunion for all alumnae of Phi Sigma Sigma on August 11-13, 2006. We are currently negotiating the final details with the hotel, so we are keeping the location a secret for now. But we’d like to know how many alumnae would be interested in attending.

Scheduled events will include a welcome reception on Friday night and a reunion brunch on Saturday. We are leaving Saturday night open so you will have the chance to join your sisters for a night on the town or a show. Sunday we will probably direct you to one of the breakfast options at the hotel (they are actually cheaper than the banquet menu). The local committee can assist you in making show reservations and other plans as the time gets closer.

To help with our negotiations, what we really need now is a count of how many alumnae would be interested in the reunion. We are trying to keep the package price for the weekend's events at about $100-125, less if we can work it out!
Alumnae will make their own room reservations and transportation arrangements (these prices are NOT included in the package price). We are trying to keep the room rate reasonable, and the hotel we are considering is all suites, so you will certainly get your money’s worth! Or you can choose to stay at another location if you choose.

If you are interested in getting more information , we ask that your join our Yahoo group within the next few days. Using the group will facilitate contact with all reunion attendees and give us an idea of how many people may attend.

I'd so go if I wasn't already taking 1 trip out west this year. Hopefully next time they'll give a little more notice - I think it's so great they are doing this!

Well, I got an email from Hope. She said it's working out to about less than $100 per person... but we have to make our own flight and lodging plans. I personally don't mind backpacking through Vegas. lol

Well, who's going? I know Beth is planning to be there. Anyone else?

I booked my room. Now I just need to send off the registration fee. They did make it just less then $100 - it's $95.

Well my rooms are booked (I'm staying at the Tuscany Suites )and I've sent in my registration fee for this.

So who all from GreekChat is going? Please post if you're going and if you're staying at the hotel or somewhere else. Some of the So. LA members that are going are staying at timeshare.

I def. cant afford to get out to Vegas!!! We need an east coast reunion! Im also terrified to fly - even though the last time was Vegas in 1999... but eh... I would <3 to go but my job hunt is more important right now!

I would love to go but it's just not in my budget right now :(
