I recently completed a leadership program at UNC Chapel Hill. It is through the Principals' Executive Program, called the Leadership Program for Aspiring Principals. It was three days a month (Wed-Fri) for 4 months. Very rigorous, extremely demanding, and well worth the time and effort. We had sessions in leadership, technology, education law and teacher evaluation. The program has competitive entrance, strict work standards and requires high commitment on the part of the participants. I am SO GLAD IT'S OVER!!! I can have my life back now........
