Hey there! just have an open mind during recruitment and take it one event at a time that you are less overwhelmed. Many times some PMN's miss that b/c you are meeting new people who will befriend and hopefully some become your sisters :) Good luck!

Yea im pretty much doing the same. Just make sure you remember to thank everyone. I read this whole thread about people who wrote rec's for pm's and never even got a thank you. I couldn't help but think, how rude!
