The Paterson Greek Community is sponsoring a Greek Family and Friends Picnic.

Date: Saturday, June 10, 2006 (Rain date: June 17th)

Time: 12pm- 6pm

Location: {the Historic} East Side Park in Paterson, NJ (directions will be provided)

This is going to be a great event...I will be going and if there are any sorors in the DC Metro Area, I would have no problem if you wanted to ride up to Jersey with me.

The Jersey area has a number of inactive sorors and this is just a form of networking with each other.

I used to live in Paterson during my college years and I graduated and pledged at William Paterson University (formerly college). I know Paterson has a healthy amount of greek alumni members (not too sure about undergrad) so I hope it is a great turn out! It's about time Paterson has an event like this because unless I missed something I've never know P-town to host a Greek Picnic. Again good luck with the event and have fun!

This sounds like a nice event soror. I may have to round up some sorors and try to road trip up there for the day. Paterson is only about 2 hours or less from where I am.

Soror...I hope that you and other sorors will be able to come out and rep...in North Jersey you won't believe how many sorors there are, so this is a form of networking to get inactive sorors to be active again also....
