How do you deal with break-ups
Since I'm going thru one now, advice is welcome.
So far I've deleted him/and his friends out of my phone deleted pictures/taken down our pictures removed dates of importance from my pda exchanged the ring I got for x-mas for a sweet new necklace deleted the emails I've saved changed my sn anything else |
Maybe have a conversation stating that you don't want to have anything to do with him?
Changing your sn sounds a bit extreme. There's a reason God gave us the block feature. With all of that, are you concerned for your safety in any way? |

As far as the converstation, I really don't want to talk to him. I have nothing to say to him so I don't think it'd really do anything. |
No contact for AT LEAST a month. He can get his stuff back after that time...but that's also what the Salvation Army is for.

Munchkin03 is right.
3 months preferably . . . or to put it another way, you can talk to him when you have no desire to talk to him again. Quote:

There was an article in the paper today, in fact, about how complicated break-ups can be with today's technology. It pretty much recommended a lot of the steps I've seen on this post.
Also in the article: A guy and his ex-wife were indicated as a "match" on a dating website that they had both posted profiles on. |
