I've just been elected VP MD in a BMP chapter, and I wanted to know if anyone here has had or is currently a VP MD.

What were some of the challenges or issues you've had to deal with, and what were some interesting and unique ways you tried to encourage and develop brotherhood. Thanks.

We have gone through 2 VP BD's in the past two years, They have done a great job with what they have to work with. If you give me your email, I can get you in touch with both of them, and help you out a bit.

biggest thing is hazing. our chapter got in trouble for hazing 2 of the last 3 years, and the blame pretty much goes exlusively on the vp, the president, and the pledgemaster
