I like Pings. What is your favorite set of clubs?

I think Ping Eye 2's were some of the best irons ever made. I still have my set, although I now use Callaway Irons, Cleveland wedges, King Cobra driver and Big Bertha Steelhead fairway woods.

So, dont pay for knock offs and get Name Brands, Ouch through the nose!:p

I have knock offs, with Grafite Shafts and Stainless Heads.

Have a 5 wood, only @ 210 Yards. God I love that Metal Wood!:cool:

Cost to much to play so go out and pay big big bucks for clubs and dont play!:( You can talk about them a lot!:DWhat Kind of Balls Do You Have?:) Oh or maybe use?;)

The Eye2s are solid sticks, but slightly overrated by some for the 'nostaligia' of the square/round groove argument (not to mention the, uh, USGA banning thing).

Right now I play Hogan Edge forged irons (w/ a Vokey 60deg and Nike 53deg wedge), a Titleist 975J driver and an old Callaway War Bird 4-wood (although sometimes I swap that out for a Cleveland 15deg 3-wood), with a Scotty Cameron Newport half-slant plat model putter. I'm still looking for something better for a fairway wood, and I'm not 100% convinced on the Nike for a 4th wedge . . .

Yeah, I forgot about the whole USGA thing, I do like them though, they just feel good to me.

I have never swung the Nike wedges...I have always used Cleveland CG10's. 46, 56, and 60 degrees.

Driver Wise, I just got the King Cobra 460cc X/Speed. Might be the best club i've ever swung.

Tom, I use Titleist Pro V1x 99% of the time. Sometimes i'll switch it to an NXT.

The Nikes are very similar to the Clevelands - I even have mine in 'raw finish' rusted, similar to what Cleveland offers.

I agree, the Pings are def great clubs - soft as hell, if a little short (and raw on soft-cover balls - those irons will shred three piece balls, it's fantastic)
