Hey, GCer's be nice and help me :)
Okay, I'm having some troubles here. I've been asked to do a powerpoint presentation for my school's NCATE evaluation. NCATE are the people who basically if we're accredited for teacher certification and whatnot. Well, they've asked me to do a portion of it for our Middle School Dept. I'm good on pics and whatnot, but they want background music. They said they wanted "what the kids listen to"....and that's my problem if you can't tell. :o I have plenty of what the kids are listening too, but, little do they know that most are written for "adults" ears, heh.
So, can you guys think of anything that would be "safe" for the "important people" yet still be middle school liked? Thanks! |
Check out the playlist on that Girl Authority CD. Its music that is played on the radio that lots of people in many age ranges listen to (except some of it is really old & should be ignored) but is completely school safe. Or probably any of the Kidz Bop songs.
As long as the kids are listening to the real version & not the actual Kidz Bop or Girl Authority CD's then the kids will still like it. |
Two words.
HILLARY DUFF. That is all. |
Most of the middle schoolers I worked with listened to hip hop -- I'm sure you could use edited versions.
