Thanks all! It was a weird birthday, but that's ok, cuz I'm old enough to not care all that much..lol. I took the kids out to dinner and we played some board games.
I'm going to a wedding tonight, the first I've been to in years. I have a new dress (which you will all see at Convention) and all new accessories for it too. That was my birthday present to myself! The kids got me a new phone for the family room with a speakerphone so they can talk to their friends and type on the computer at the same time... My dad got me a gift certificate to Catherine's because "you're going to that Convention and you'll need some new clothes for it". He's a TKE and rather impressed that I'm still so involved.
