If you could make things different on the ZTA website what would you do?

i would like to change the format of the sisters only site, so that it is more user friendly and more sisters use it. before the original site was shut down for revamping, we had lots of chatter and lots of sisters on the site. since the new site has been working, the majority of the sisters have not returned.

The current site is not optimized for all browsers - it doesn't behave well with Firefox or Netscape.

The information on the front page is not changed frequently enough to encourage return visitors. A more dynamic front page woudl encourage people to visit often.

Easier access to the Sister's site. You can log on at the front page, but then you log on again at the forums. It's a p.i.t.a.

More frequent updating of the initiated members db. Some sisters are waiting 6 months to a year to be able to register on the site.

I HATE having to log in twice. I would encourage them to promote the "chat" part of it a lot more in Themis. I also would not have a problem getting emails from the Fraternity if they posted new stuff.

I have had many sisters email me saying "I can't find my member number because Themis comes to my parents, old address etc. The new website might be easier, but the old one was awful!

I also want better merchandise from the "official" vendors.

There is a "chat" on our site? Never knew that. I have to agree with everything that has already been said! I would like a way to contact other sisters from the directory (if she allows the contact!) It would make it easier to contact and reconnect with sisters that you may have lost touch with.

I had to bump this because I have a question. The last couple of times I have gone to the IO website to read the message boards, I have not been able to log in. I tried to re-register, but it will not let me use that email address again. Any ideas on what is wrong or who do I contact to try to fix the problem?

Is this just a hypothetical? or are they really looking for new ideas. I would love to have more sisters on the forum as well. Maybe they could have a section where the national officers give advice to help in all different areas for collegiate chapters, instead of just relying on someone to answer a post on a forum. They could have the recruitment chair post suggestions about recruitment, scholastic chair scholastics, etc...

It would be able to find contact information easier such as provence president, area president etc...

On the positive side I like how it is so easy to find the list of collegiate chapters on the main site. I've been to other sororities and sometimes you have to search for awhile. I also like how they have all of the forms officers need online as well.
