I doubt that those selling fraternity/sorority badges know how important these badges are not only to the particular frat/sorority, but to the entire greek community as a whole.

Luckily, Alpha Gamma Delta has someone from IHQ who regularly monitors the auctions to ensure that all AGD badges stay in the right hands.

I'm the official eBay police-person for ZTA. Most folks selling these don't know their meaning and most collectors buy them with the same amount of feeling as someone collecting beanie babies. There are a few Greek collectors out there, but I've found that most of them collect their own badges and not much more.
