tonight...Winter Olympics!

Please watch the Winter Olympics tonight starting at 8pm to see Soror Voletta Flowers go for the Gold in the Women's Bobsled Competition. She, of course, is the first Black Athlete to win Gold in the Winter Olympics (2004) and is trying for her second!

She was on the Today Show with her twin boys. I didn't know that one of them was deaf :( .

Bittersweet ending

I watched; her team finished sixth, while the other U.S. team won silver. :( (http://sports.espn.go.com/oly/winter...ory?id=2338643)

It's all good, though. She made history and she'll always have that. :)

I also saw the story about her boys on the Today show (and again during the primetime Olympic broadcast); how touching. :D
