New Pike Networking/Brotherhood Site

As soon as you get a chance, check out the following:

https://incircle.pikes.org/

This is the International Fraternity's new networking and brother/alumni relations website. It is excellent. It allows you to post messages, link your blog, add members to groups, etc.

This is a great (free) service for Pikes!

I believe it runs off the database at the Memorial Headquarters. They might have your email address or some other part of the authentication process wrong. Give them a call to get your record straight and see how to get on. There are more than 500 people already signed up.

Yeah, they must run it through headquarters, because I just gave them my name and e-mail and they knew my address and phone number. It's kind of like a myspace for just pikes.

Everyone who has ever been inititated into the fraternity is on this? I looked to see if anyone was on from my chapter and they had everyone's name listed.

800 of them.

So, what does everyone think of this site?

FratAmerica,

I love it. Best of all, it's just for Pikes. You can post your resume, network, list a house for sale...AWESOME.

Firehouse, you should get on here. lol

thanks for the add Andy.

Hey this thing is sweet, great way to connect alumni, and actives, i know they have been working on this for a while at nationals, they talked a little bit about it last year at the volunteers conference... I think this has great potential and will be something that you see other national fraternities copying in the upcoming years.

Nice

Just took a look and I am very impressed. This will definetely do a lot of good for our fraternity.

From an alumni standpoint, this will do wonders for keeping bad addresses down. So many Pikes NEVER update their address from their parents' home address and then chapters spend money sending brochures and invites to addresses that are worthless. The benefit of that, by itself, is worth a greal deal to the fraternity. Although it assumes that people will register for the site.
