Wording for Membership Invitation

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if you can give me some ideas for our Membership Invitation.....it's our version of Bid's....we give out Phi Beta Psi cards to all of the ladies who have come through...some have a message thanking them for their time and the others have a message extending an invitation to join. We don't have any of our old ones on file and I'm not sure how to word the invitations....any ideas?

Thanks!!

You're talking about two separate cards, one for NOT giving someone a bid, and the other for giving the bid? Off the top of my head:

The Sisters of Phi Beta Psi
would like to thank

Pamela PNM Peggy PNM

for their interest in our sisterhood.
We wish you all the best in your quest
for the right sorority home for you.

(signed) Sincerely,
(also signed) Rachael Recruitment Chairman,
Recruitment Chairman

an Invitation to join to

Pamela PNM

[i]Obviously, the "Please notify..." phrase can be left off, if there's a given bid day. I was giving a COB-style card.

As I said, this is just off the top of my head.

I just took a look at my bid card and the wording went something like this:

Crest

__ ___ ___
cordially invite
___ ____

___ ____ chapter

Signed by president and recruitment chair
