I am the newly appoint MVP for my chapter and was wondering if you would share your share your favorite recruitment night themes with me.

In recent semesters we have done

When I was in school, we did A Mardi Gras theme (masks, beads, glitter, had plastic margarita glasses and filed with lemonde), for our philanthropy round we did "school house rock" and had previously done arts and crafts with some kids we help with at a shelter and decorated the house with them and wore "choose children" t-shirts, it was very cute!, and a "Back in time" and had a 70s, 80s, and 90s sections around the room.

One that has really been a great hit the past two years has been Vegas Night/Day. We decorated to have the feel of Vegas and we also have games. We have rulet(not sure is spelled right), a table for spoons, some card game and its really fun.

CaXIno Night
 

We did a night like this (over 12 years ago and the chapter still does it because it is such a hit) but we called it CaXIno. Easy to get the chapter looking good - black pants, white collared shirt - then we added red bow ties and cumberbuns. Nametags can be made out of a regular playing card with names in gold paint pen.

I am also looking for some new recruitment ideas. I've considered possibly doing a Hollywood, Under the Sea, or western theme. I was wondering if anyone else had an idea that they know worked really great for their chapter....
