Janice getting a new show on Oxygen (Hollywood Reporter)
 

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Oxygen has given the green light to a reality series that follows former "America's Next Top Model" judge Janice Dickinson as she starts a Hollywood modeling agency.

Juggling motherhood and business, Dickinson whittles down more than 500 aspiring models to five finalists, who will become the first to be signed by her agency. Tentatively titled "The Janice Dickinson Project," the 10-episode series is set to debut on the cable network in the spring.

"She's starting a new business with all its challenges while trying to be a good mom and guide new models through a tough business," said Oxygen president of programming Debby Beece. "It's a balancing act for her -- and it's fascinating to watch her as she goes through it."

Dickinson was a judge on the first four installments of UPN's Tyra Banks-hosted competition series "Top Model." She also was a cast member on VH1's reality series "The Surreal Life."

After this most current cycle, I have given up on Tyra 'nem and I need something to replace it.

This is gonna be a mess. And I'll be right there to watch it unravel.

The commercial I saw showed Janice telling a girl her nose is too bulbous.:eek: :o

As an Assistant hall director/GA part of my assistantship is that I live in campus housing :rolleyes:
Anyway the cable is specialized for the university, it has over 80 channels unfortunetly none of them is Oxygen. I usually have to go over my friends' house to watch it on TiVo.:(

As much as the reality TV thing gets on my nerves...I'm sure once I see an episode I'll want to see more. :p

I'm sure I'll be watching to see what Janice is up to.

I will definitely be watching this...she's rough but that incident between her and Omarosa on the Surreal Life was crazy...This show is bound to have drama...
