I am so excited about attending!

My family and I will be attending this year. My mother and her sorors went last year and she enjoyed it. I am really looking forward to it. It is great that our sorors legacy is remembered in this great festival. I will only be able to attend on Fri.(Ms. Ruby Dee) and on Sat, the Gala.

I am hoping my fraternity will turn out the way we have in the past and show our support.

Every year, I always talk about going but never do. This year, I'm planning to attend the Street Festival on Saturday. I'm looking forward to it!

Maybe I'll see you there!

Unfortunately I was unable to make it. *sigh* long story. NEXT YEAR IS MINE!

Anyone attending this year? I thought it started next weekend but as I was *supposed* to be studying last night for a test (that I have in less than an hour), on the news they were talking about it starting this weekend and ending next Sunday. Don't think I'll be making it this year unfortunately.

I live in Florida... go to Bethune-Cookman... I kinda *had* to go at one point in time. But I had a GREAT time, and i was a volunteer and painted some faces, and did some other things. I can't wait to go back this year!
