Untrue. There is no guarantee of getting into a sorority, but your chances certainly improve if you stick it out and maximize your options. Of course, that only makes sense since the alternative is dropping out...

Seriously though, Kansas is very competitive for a midwestern school.

During the summer, after you have signed up for recruitment, Panhel will send out a cd with information on what to expect, what to wear, info on the houses, etc.

KU has lots of great houses--good luck!

If this is going to become their "official" rush threads with their own stories---- the whole getting ready for recruitment, and then going through- then that seems unfair to each of them.

I guess that could happen...but it seems more like they just came to ask questions about rush...not to tell their stories...in that regard it seems more logical to have a thread spesifically about details of KU rush.

I agree. It's confusing to have 2 separate threads, you mix them up.

In any event, neither girl will be rushing for about 8 months, so it's a little early for the official rush story threads anyhow.
