2 LCs have quit
I just heard that two of our LCs have quit, they were both excellent guys, and Im sadden by their departure. Do any of you have a clue as to why they left?
|
I'm sure people have quit for various reasons on several occasions, there is no need to be disheartened. But no, I have no clue as to why they left. I do not even know who it is you speak about.

LC = EC?
Ours recently left for a position as a greek life director of a university. |
^ yes, they changed the titles from Education Consultant to Leadership Consultant
Curtis Burrill was our L.C., and he was one of the brother who left staff in the last few weeks. I don't feel comfortable spreading his personal business to the masses, but usually people leave staff for career advancement, to further their education, or simply to move on to bigger/better things. Our chapter is anxious to meet the new staff member(s) who will be working with us. |
I wasnt trying to get all noisy and stuff, i was just hoping something wasnt wrong, since two left at the same time. Vito was a nice guy, my colony didnt like him at first but he was starting to grow on us. Hard part is, Jud is going to be the third guy we have had to work with in the last year. Its hard to start over

Curtis had a good opportunity. With his new job he can help guide frats at a college. He'll get more hands on experience than he would have with his old job.
|
Well then awesome, I met Curtis quite a few times and he was a great guy; fun mafia player

trust me a.e.B.O.T., we had THREE different LC's in one year also. It wasn't fun, but it will definitely help your chapter learn how to deal with different personalities and goal orientations.
I wish Curtis the best of luck... he'll be in our state, so he should be able to still visit us often. |
