I really thought we had this thread but I have searched every which way but loose. . .


How old were you when you got your drivers license?



I was 23. :) Coulda and shoulda at 16 but I didn't. :o

Oh and I blame my parents. They refused to teach me how to drive... it was my ex who ended up teaching me after weeks of pleasing... Im sorry I meant PLEADING... :)


heres the kicker ALL of my brothers had their licenses when they were 16....

Here in NYC, there's no rush to get a driver's license at a young age because our transportation system runs 24 hours a day. Plus, there are hella taxicabs to hail. :p

Yeah, that's my excuse, because I went to school and worked out there for a few years. :o Yeah, that's my excuse too, lol.

Learner's permit at 15 yrs and 9 months, driver's license at 16. Been driving for 13 years now, wow! No major accidents, just minor fender benders (3).

That dayum paralell parking thing is what caused me to fail the test twice. :mad: That, and I rarely had access to a car to practice in, until I turned 18.
