Dinner Party Help
 

Hello sisters...
I am hosting a dinner party on Saturday for two other couples... making a total of 6 people. I am trying to plan the menu and need your help...
I have everything planned but the dessert. I was thinking something like a chocolate meltdown cake but those are so last minute and I don't want to have to worry about those while dinner is going on. I have also thought of a breadpudding with two types of toppings... but I don't know if everyone would enjoy that. Could you all make some suggestions... along with the receipts? Thanks.

Creme brulee
 

Creme brulee is (surprisingly) easy and everyone loves it... you can make it a day or so in advance since it sits in the fridge to chill before you burn the top of it.
It's essentially just eggs, cream and sugar and vanilla extract. You'll need ramekins but you can buy them at a dollar store, and a little blowtorch is nice but you can also broil them, as long as you keep a close eye on them.
