I was told the Cindy Crawford is a Pi Phi. Is this true? I know that she attened Northwestern. Just wanted to know.

I don't believe she is. Our national site doesn't list her, and after doing a search found that Cindy only attended Northwestern for a quarter. So, (and girls correct me if I'm wrong) I'm assuming she wouldn't have had time to join a sorority.

We were also told by a graduate consultant my Sophomore and Junior years that she is in fact, NOT a Pi Phi. We have so many other alums that are distinguished, why focus on someone who isn't an alum?

Yeah. I think Cindy is just one of those famous people that everyone claims without doing the research. I thought it was interesting that many school greek sites list a bunch of famous people but never say their affiliation. Cindy was one of them.

I seem to remember reading that we do have a member with that name, but she's not THE Cindy Crawford. And that's how that rumor got started.
