Weather or Government Terror?

As I searched for weather forecast in Miami, FL for December, I came across this article online:

http://www.onlinejournal.org/Comment...2205mazza.html

I found it interesting and believe it's a good article for discussion.

Do you think the author is far-fetched, or does he have a valid point? Do you think the environmental events recently have something to do with the government, or simply God/nature?

What do you think? I am interested to know your opinions.

The above article is written by Jerry Mazza, a free-lance writer, residing in New York City. You may reach him at gvmaz@verizon.net.

I still need to read the article but I don't see the weather as anything but God commanded.

We get terrorized by some of the weather because of the media hype, i.e. snow storms in NC. They will broadcast for 4 days that an ice storm is coming, ruuuun to the store and buy all the bread and water and peanut butter. Then the snow comes and it is 1/12 of an inch. LOL

Interestingly enough, "Mother Nature" is up for Person of the Year this year. @ "mother nature". http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/...-katrina_x.htm

Just some of my initial thoughts. :)

I co sign w/ CrimsonTide4.

...and Imma need for the government to figure out how not to take five days to deliver a case of bottled water to American citizens on a storm they saw coming a week earlier.

Read Sidney Sheldon's 'Are you Afraid of the Dark?'. Its a novel but the story is built around the discovery of government experiments on controlling the weather.

I don't believe it is government terror, however I do believe in government irresponsibility when it comes to preserving nature.

Past and current administration have demonstrated a blatant disregard to the environment and protecting the natural balance of things (i.e. pollution, drilling for oil in protected lands, depletion of the ozone layer, overflowing landfills).

Mother Nature aint playing!

I find that believing gov't controlling the weather is just as asinine as believing Farrakhan's view that the gov't blew up the levees.
