I just read this. RIP. :(

I just read the story to Mr. 1228 (a major wrestling fan, unlike me). So sad. May he RIP
|
This is just sad. I last saw him at Wrestlemania. Mike & I had great floor seats so he drove up in his car next to us. I'll find the pics to post b/c we were super close & he smiled at us...or at least in our general direction.

Raw is about to make my cry. :( Seeing all the other wrestlers break down in tears is getting to me.

I recorded it b/c I wouldn't be home in time to watch it but I still haven't watched it b/c I'm afraid I'd get too emotional. I'm a big weenie when it comes to stuff like that. I cried during the Owen Hart tribute & I wasn't even a fan of his but I'm a HUGE Latino Heat fan. I even got to meet him at this years Wrestlemania. He was just so awesome. I got pics & everything. I'll have to find them & post them b/c the guy was great. |
You see, I remember watching him when I used to watch mexican wrestling AAA and he was three man tag partners with Love Machine and Hijo Del Santos. This was like in 94, and I thought "he'd make a good star in the states..."
Yeah, I watched A LOT of wrestling, and I even said in 98 that I'd never stop watching. I stopped after WWE bought WCW, and I never knew Eddy became champ at one point. May he rest in peace.....he was one of a kind in the ring. |
My mom used to watch his dad so I grew up with wrestling. Man I can't believe he's gone. He was always one of the best.
