Ebony story

I recieved my December Ebony yesterday (with Beyonce and her mother on the cover) and there was a story about a man in Virginia who needed a kidney transplant. He was able to receive a new kidney from his Kappa fraternity brother/best friend last year.

It is a wonderful story and it shows how far brotherhood in a fraternity goes! It also show the importance of African-Americans being organ donors as well.

I agree... A family member is one thing, but a fraternity brother?

Now if I knew a brother who:

1) was the rock of our line
(which means he got hit more times than Jeanna Jameson):D
2) 's favorite words are "I don't wanna know any information! Just get your azz in the cut!"
3) mastered the art of flaming Dr. Peppers (get um REALLY drunk, but MAKE SURE they are conscious)
4) understood that stepping / twirling was for the ladies to see (not for other brothers 2 C)
5) believed that at least two scrollers had to quit on the first night of shrine (I believe you younger folk call it "set")
6) volunteered to drive the whole trip for out of town "BOYZ" , "Sweethearts", or a few other organizations I might add.

... then yeah, maybe I could give up a kidney.
