BET 25th Anniversary Show
 

I am watching the show now and it is great to see BET through the years and all the great performances! Bro. Bob Johnson did a great job with BET. Just what I like to see! Nupes achieveing!

What are everyone else's thoughts on the show and some of your favorite shows from BET. Personally I liked Video Soul. My sister and I would watch the countdown every week when we were younger. We always looked forward to seeing the show.

It is nice to see all the awards shows that are shown now on BET. they are pretty good, but I can barely watch BET at all now since the majority of the positve shows are gone (Ed Gordon, Teen Summit, Tavis Smiley)

I was an avid Teen Summit watcher.. (I even attended a taping in 93).. and it seemed like one day the show was tackling issues like obesity, STD's, then topics such as baller vs. scrubs took the forefront... it was then I knew Teen Summit would be cancelled.

Video Vibrations was the jumpoff when you got home from school.

Lead Story was great on Sundays too...

BET is really a shell of a network now...
