I just wrote something like this on the TKE site, and thought I'd
pass it on to my Lambda Chi friends.
All too often we retire, have few interests, and die soon after.
My fraternity has extended my life; I have met hundreds of fine
men, and have been kept somewhat younger in my lifestyles.
When was the last time you called a brother, had a beer or a cup
of coffee and asked what you all might do to help a zeta or to get
one reactivated or a new one started?
Lambda Chi Alpha is truly a top outfit in Colorado and alumni have
really helped the chapters, boosting them all, and the club has a
great rep. I have seen a marked upswing due to involved alums.
Why not toss your hat in the ring and help, too? You will find it to
be an awesome and exhilarating experience.
It will save your life, extend the enjoyment as well as continue to
offer deserving young men a chance to join your Fraternity.

Old age brings many things upon us like remembering what you had for dinner last night, but remembering the things that Brothers did as Undergrads and then keeping in touch with them in the later Years. That is Brother Hood at is best to have Friends who while some said We as Greeks Paid for. Well in the long run, it was not nearly enough!:cool:
