Happy Holiday.

While I don't celebrate Thanksgiving, it would have been nice to be back home with a day off :)

Do you guys do Thanksgiving on Sunday or Monday? We've traditionally done it on Sunday, and sometimes even the Saturday...

Usually, we have turkey with sticky rice stuffing (typical in a Chinese household...), Chinese greens, Chinese mushrooms and other goodies. Dessert usually comes from Chinese bakeries (usually from Scarborough or Markham)...

What's YOUR typical Thanksgiving spread?

We usually do Sunday and Monday (one dinner at my parents and the other at the in-laws); however this year we had dinner yesterday, and won't have our other one till next Saturday, I suppose this is far less glutoness (is this even a word?).

Anyways, my family's spread includes turkey, roast potatoes, carrots, brussel sprouts, sage & onion stuffing, and sausage stuffing, and of course cranberry sauce, gravy, and pumpkin pie. My in-laws have pretty much the same spread, except for the carmalized turnips (damn those are tasty).
