Question for the big sisters
 

I just pledge tridelt this fall, and my big sister is very sweet and has given me quite a few gifts. Am I supposed to give her any gifts?

You don't have to give her anything. Some chapters have their pledge classes make things, like pillows, as a group to give to their Bigs so you might want to ask your New Member Educator that question.

If you want to give your big something than that is up to you. I showered gifts on my little (even though we're technically not supposed to) and she gave me lots of stuff in return. I didn't expect it, but it was a nice to get them.

So, it really depends on what you feel.

Thanks for replying. I do know that the little sisters are making pillow cases for our big sisters. But other than that, I don't think we have other specific gifts for them. I just went out to lunch and went shopping with my big sister. She is awesome! =)

Our chapter has a Big Appreciation Week in the spring semester. :)
