Interest in Alpha Xi Delta
 

Hello. I am a high school senior from GA. I have applied to West Ga and Valdosta State and will be applying to GA Southern soon as well. While I was visiting West GA I was given a campus tour by a Alpha Xi Delta member. She was so sweet and helpful that it sparked an interest in me to find out more about the sorority. I have done my research on it but I would like to hear about what makes y'all love Alpha Xi Delta so much.Thank you.Feel free to email me or respond on here.

What I love about AXiD. There are to many thing to say.
1) The day I got my bid. I made friends for a lifetime. There are there when I need them. They help me out with all kinds of thing and of course I do the same for the

2) Initiation Day. Getting to wear my Big Sisters Quill was so amazing. Finding out what AXiD mean to so many sister was really great. I love that I have something in common with girls all over the country. We all have the love for AXiD and what she mean to us.

3) My friends. There are girls that I would have never talked to because I am shy. AXiD gave me the confidence to be able to talk to people more then before.

4) Convension was just this past summer. Seeing girls from everywhere was really great. Being able to sing out song "The sisterhood of Women" with about 400 of my sisters was so amazing.

5) There are to many thing to say. AXiD is something that I love and don't know how to tell someone what she means to me.

The things that I can say is friendship, leadership, fun, and so much more.

I'm so glad you had a great experience with one of our sisters at UWG, it is wonderful to hear! I actually graduated from UWG and am a sister from the Alpha Xi Chapter there. I miss the Chapter so much, I go back every year for recruitment!! They are great girls and have a strong sisterhood.

UWG, VSU and GA Southern all have strong Greek systems. As you choose your school to attend, definitely look into the Greek systems (though it shouldn't dictate where you attend) and see what each sorority have to offer.

Lastly, enjoy your senior year to the fullest...participate in everything as this year never comes again!!! :D
