Fresno: Fracas, Firearm, and Arrest

See link above to Station KESQ's short report. Allegedly a member of Alpha Gamma Rho at Cal. State - Fresno fired a shotgun in the air during a disturbance at the fraternity house. He has been arrested and charged.

I guess this could be a reminder about where to draw the line when "defending" a house or trying to control a situation that has gotten out of hand.
