"Best Political Website" for real Americans

One of the few daily political emails worth reading (and free) is the Wall Street Journal's OpinionJournal.com. It's a daily dose of clear thinking, and the author likes to stick a finger in the eye of libs and dems (as I do too). I've posted many pieces from OP here.

And on the same day, they win "Best Political Website" and "worst person in the world" awards.

You might enjoy OP.

"We'd like to mention a couple of awards we received yesterday. The Web Marketing Association named OpinionJournal.com the winner of its 2005 Webaward for "Best Political Website." And last night MSNBC oddball Keith Olbermann declared your humble columnist "worst person in the world"; it seems we edged out Louis Farrakhan and John Stossel. Impressively, all five of Olbermann's viewers e-mailed us to tell us we had won."

OP is a good publication.

Of course be careful because a moderator might just come into this thread, erase half of what you wrote, and then lock the thread.

Hoosier, it's almost like you're Nelson Mandela.

So the only "real" Americans are conservatives? Or do you mean the only Americans that you care to acknowledge are the ones that do/should ascribe to this singlular source of self-affirming conservative opinion?

Well I suppose us Americans are fully entitled to whom we think are "real" Americans just as you Canadians are fully entitled to whom you think are "real" Canadians.

If Accuracy in Media ever compared the accuracy of OJ and moveon.org, I suspect OJ would be rated well above 90%, and I suspect moveon.org would be around 9%.

Yeah one is part of the well respected Wall Street Journal and the other one is a useless website that helped defeat Kerry.

It appears that Brody PR won for their design on the site, not the content...

Year - 2005
Winner - Brody PR
Award Level - Best Political Website
Site - The Wall Street Journal's OpinionJournal.com

I think I've earned the right to be called a "real American" and I'm not interested in anyone telling me what I should or should not read, watch, listen to, vote for or believe.

Period.
