What do some of you think about this? Does it seem accurate? Way off? Do you believe in it?

My girl sent the link to me and asked what I thought about our two signs....Sagitarius and Aqaurius. I think it was accurate, a little.

here's what it said:

Sagittarius is a Mutable Sign and Aquarius is a Fixed Sign. Sag is flexible, always happy to stop what they are doing to tend to other matters. However, when I typed in what it said for what most of my exes were (Libra)....it was scary accurate.

i think that all the mombo jumbo stuff they write applies to all signs. they write about whatever we already know. i read the horoscopes everyday on my way to work. first i read mine and say "okay that sounds like me," then i read the others and say "that could be me too."

I have done those things before and sometimes they are pretty accurate. Other times they seem like complete BS. I think it depends on your interpretation. Also, when you really care about someone, you will read the good stuff into it and kind of blow over the not-so-good.

I completely agree that the stuff that you see in the paper and what not about astrological signs are very general and could apply to anyone.

But if you do an in-depth chart on yourself (or get one done) it can be very accurate. Like if you know your exact time of your birth...etc. etc. etc.

I have done and have done my chart serveral times and in different methods, they are about 95% dead on about me.

I have yet to do a relationship chart, so I don't know how accurate they would be.

Nor do I live my life around my chart....I mostly look at the inner stuff and again....dead on.

A chart also looks at what "type" of person you are, by say being influence
by the elemental signs like:
Earth
Air
Water
Fire

or
"Quality" (nature of the) signs like:
Cardinal
Fixed
Mutable

Also your chart is divided into 12 houses and if I recall correctly (I don't have my chart readily accessiable), my strongest/most influencial house is - 7 (which I believe is ruled by my sun sign)

There is a whole like of things that go into astrology and that are not shown in your everyday astrological "projections"

For me:
Sun Sign: Taurus
Ascendant (Rising): Scropio
Element: Earth
Quality: Fixed

I had always read that Sagitarius and aquarius were bad matches . . .. here is something less wistful from one site:

I received a book from a friend that is a break down of all signs and how they interact with each other. But the book breaks it down further than just Capricon and Scorpio--it gives a week by week breakdown of each sign.
It is very accurate--strangely accurate.
I thought it was a crock of shit at first-but it seems to be correct alot of the time.

Whats the name of the book?

The name of the book is The Secret Language of Relationships (your complete personology guide to any relationship with anyone) by Gary Goldschneider.

If you want the the basic info it says regarding you and your girl PM your date of births! The book gives a couple of paragraphs regarding the relationship and your interaction based on you birth week w/in the Zodiac and also gives the relationship characteristics--like strengths, weaknesses, best relationship to have, worst relationship to have (ie: spouse, lover, co worker, etc)
