should I rush again?
 

I was a transfer last semester (Spring '05), and since my school had deferred rush, I decided to rush. However, I got cut from every group. I don't think it had anything to do with the fact that I was new to the school, because recruitment is so informal that we don't even register until the week before. Almost everyone who rushed got into a sorority. I am now a junior, but I still really want to be in a sorority. Should I rush again in the spring? If so, what can I do to have a better chance?

Um, if you think it was your appearance, have you changed it?

Don't go through recruitment again. There are other activities on campus. Pick a few clubs that interest you and go to the next few meetings-- you'll find one that best suits you. Good luck!

Go ahead and go through again so you'll never have to wonder if you should have. However, be prepared for the worst.
