Taking your books home during school breaks.

do any of you really crack open the books when you are on break at your parents (labor day, thanksgiving, spring break, etc.)?

i take my homework, notes, and books home during the holidays all the time and i never ever open them. i am such a good student :p

As ashamed as I am to admit this...yes, I do it. Since I've been in grad school I'm always looking for ways to maximize my time, and that way I can visit with the folks longer instead of rushing back to study.

Yes I do.

Why shouldn't you? Even after the schooling is done I'm sure I'll be cracking open the "educational" texts... I just enjoy learning all than I can.

I'm graduated now, but when I was in school I had to bring books and college work home over break. It seems like I always had papers and work that had to be done over the break.
