Lunch boxe(s) that you had when you were a child
I had:
-My Little Pony from preschool to Kindergarten -Cool Times Barbie from 1st grade to 2nd grade -The Little Mermaid from 3rd grade to 4th grade |
I had a metal Muppet Show one. And then I think I went to brown lunch bags after that.
|
I had a metal Strawberry Shortcake one, and then a plastic pink My Little Pony lunchbox.
|
I had plastic:
Strawberry SHortcake Cabbage Patch Care Bears |
My first lunchbox was a metal Walt Disney World one.
I know I had a plastic one at one point, but I can't remember what the theme was. It's weird what you remember... |
Pink plastic My Little Pony. :)
I had those mini cooler lunch boxes in my upper elementary to early middle school years. |
Big Bird!
|
Metal Popples
Then I just started taking the soft cooler type ones that were insulated, the ones with the zipper. |
I had a metal Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse Club. I also remembering having a Menudo, Garfield and Strawberry Shortcake, but I think those were plastic.
|
I had:
-Metal Muppet Show -Metal Strawberry Shortcake -Smurfs (I think this was plastic but not sure) -Plain plastic yellow -Metal Disco Fever I stopped carrying lunch boxes after 5th grade. |
I had a Snorks one (you know, undersea cartoon creatures with tubes sticking out of their heads).
I think I had a Jem one too. |
I always brought my own lunch to school, so I went through oodles of lunchboxes. Some of the ones I can remember are a yellow plastic Care Bears one, a pink Barbie one, a red Mickey Mouse one, a pale pink insulated one (for when I was in middle school), and then various lunch bags in high school because nobody carries a lunch box past 8th grade.

Brown paper bag. Damn sure better bring it back home.!!!!!
Sure did screw up a lot of Cartoon watches in the Bath tub tho. I was retarted!:) |
My favorite was my BENJI plastic lunchox! :)
I had a Strawberry Shortcake metal one too - apparently, that was the favorite lunchbox for girls. LOL |
My Kindergarten Lunch box (and bookbag) was my Little Pony
Then I had a couple Barbie ones. School lunch was free, so mom made me eat there unless I just absolutely hated what was on the menu, so my lunch boxes didn't get much use except at Girl Scout Daycamp each summer. Seems like i had a hand-me down GI JOE or He Man one that my older boy cousins gave me and I carried for awhile. Cause I idolized my cousins and anything they had was cool. They were like the ultimate big brothers, but better because they didn't live with me, so we didn't fight all the time. |
