Do you power nap?
 

I usually does it during my lunch break.

Not really - I don't have time during the week, and on the weekends I get enough sleep that I don't need it.

I don't, although I do have some co-workers that will go nap in their cars at lunch...they'll have a friend call them at the end of the hour to wake them up.

I have a thing where I can't fall asleep anywhere but my apartment..

I love to power nap. I have done it before at airports, doctor's offices, my car...sometimes if I'm really sleepy I'll drive over to the AOII house and go to the guest room and set my cell phone alarm for a quick 30 minute nap during lunch. I don't really have time though to take them as much as I use to because of work.

i LOVE setting my cell phone alarm. yah i power nap - mostly cause i work midnights.

I've been known to nap in my office or in the car. However, now that I'm on Adderall, I'm just not that tired during the day.

Since I've started working out I have to power nap. 20 minutes feel so good.

On our campus we have an atrium filled with comfy chairs and couches... I (and pretty much everyone else on campus!) can often be seen there taking a sweet nap in between classes. In fact, it's unusual to see people awake in that atrium during the day!

I can nap on the train when I'm commuting, but not really anywhere else. Sometimes I'll take a nap on Friday's before going out - my husband calls them "Disco naps". :cool:

But....it makes me cranky. I only crave more.

I do, but it depends on how long the nap is if it'll work or not. An hour and a half is my ideal naptime, less I just want more and more I'll wake up groggy and cranky.

You know, I read about this high school in Connecticut that has a Power Nap club. They had scheduled meeting times during the day where they'd come and sleep for an hour, teaching themselves to fall asleep quickly and wake up after exactly one hour. When tested, they did better on the SAT than most students in their respective classes. I kid you not, I read this in my h.s. newspaper and was sooooo jealous (my first SAT scores were kinda low).
