Cool Females
 

Okay im in my last year of high school and I just got a new schedule.I walk into my last class of the day and I am automatically greeted by this cheerful lady, but before she even finished talking I said to myself I put 20 down that she is an AKA.So about 5 minutes later I ask her and she like yea girl how did you know?lol My question is why does it seem that ladies who are in sororities are way more cooler then females who are not (socially I mean). I welcome all opinions

THEY'RE MORE CONFIDENT IN THEMSELVES THAN THE AVERAGE SENIOR IN HIGHSCHOOL AND COLLEGE FRESHMAN. THE TRUTH IS...MOST ORGANIZATIONS (ANY COLLEGE ORGANIZAION) REQUIRE PREREQUISITES BEFORE JOINING, LIKE COMMUNITY SERVICE, GOOD GRADES AND ACCOUNTS OF LEADERSHIP ABILITIES. THESE LIFE LEARNING HELP PEOPLE TO REALLY KNOW WHO THEY ARE AND IT SHOWS.

1. Am I the only :confused: about this topic? I'll excuse you ATLien because I see that you are still in high school. I don't think you are going to get too many responses from the GC veterans. Make sure you search posts from wayyyyy back. You might be able to get a grasp on a few things. We had a high schooler (forget her name) who posted regularly. We welcome your posts, but you must remember that the majority of us are out of college/twice or three times your age (though NOT old). A few posters are still in college. So, remember the audience of this forum when you post a thread. :D


2. Karabe, are you a member of a greek organization? If so, have you introduced yourself properly (if a member of a NPHC org)? I think each NPHC sorority has a thread where members new to GC reveal their initiating/current information.

P.S. Posting an entire thread IN ALL CAPS on the internet, usuallymeans that one is SHOUTING!

I see what you are saying but my purpose was just to say I think im a cool because ... i was just asking why you yourself personally rock in what ever you do. Toot your own horn...Nevermind just for get it have a nice day to all :cool:

Naw, I didn't mean anything by the size of my font. I just like to type in bold. I was basically just saying that whatever life experiences that one's had make us ALL more confident. Both highschool and college kinda forces you to become comfortable in your "own skin". Really. I completely understand what you're saying. Your question was: "Why were they cooler?" My personal response is "because they are comfortable with who they are."I didn't mean for it to come off as offensive, at all. Sorry.:(
