Antivirus Software
 

I did a search and I couldn't find a thread like this.


Does anyone know if I can download a reliable and free antivirus software program from the web?

I just got a new computer and it didn't come with any antivirus software. I have a MacCaffee (sp?) program that I purchased, but it's a few years old and I am not sure if it's still good.

Well it's not free, but try looking for ZoneAlarm Pro (I think it comes with anti virus software, but it's a firewall as well) and F-Prot... I think that's what it's called. Also not free, but my bf swears by it because Norton 2005 slowed his system to a crawl.

if you have mcafee...consider installing and getting a free update download off the web. you might find it on cnet.
