Not really sure, but it has to be at least Half Wet and Half Dry!:D

Maybe it has to do with How long Your fingers are or How deep the glass is?

well, I would gladly make the glass completely empty and stop all this damn controversy, but I cant find the damn glass everyone is talking about.
