The Other Other Side of Recruitment
 

I searched for this and couldnt seem to find a thread like it(let me know if anyone else finds one) so i thought i would bring it up and get everyones opinions.

next spring ill be doing rush from the other other side(at my school its rho gamma but rho chi and so forth at other schools). Even though I will be taking a class this fall I was wondering if everyone who has gone through a rush could give me what they loved about their rho gamma, what they didn't like and what they thought they could of done better. It can be anything from she did this extra something to she kept this in the basket.

I can't wait to hear some responses!!

Try this thread. It's a Rho Gamma advice thread. And it's pretty recent. I'm sure there are others but I have a hard time with the wildcard feature on the search function.

that thread had some good advice, but i was hoping for some more specifics. I know most have gone through formal recruitment so keep the advice coming! Feel free to Pm me!!

A good rho gamma makes sure the PMN follows there heart. Has a story about every group so the PNM can't guess what group there in and can keep the PNM laughing and stress free. You are the person that will see the most ups and downs bwt. the PNM's....

Always tell the PNM they should go where they are comfortable don't listen everyone (easier said then done.)
