new to Philly
 

hey everyone! it's been a long time since i've been on here. but i moved to california for a while and i just moved to philly.

i was hoping someone on here might be able to give me some advise as i'm looking for an apartment (i have a temp one until the end of the month). i would like to live in or near center city.
also, any advise as to which areas to avoid?
