Do you know these songs?
I feel like such an old fuddy-duddy...I went to my local discount outlet merchandise store and sang these songs to the young lady in the music department...she looked at me like I was insane or maybe on drugs..or maybe both. Please, GCer's, help!
First, do you know the title of the song and album by 50 Cent that talks about "partying like its your birthday....?" Second, do you the title of the song (Could be "Almost") and album that says, "I almost got... at school when I was 14 where I I almost made out with the homecoming queen who almost went on to become Miss Texas....And I almost had you, but I guess that doesn't cut it..."? Thanks! Feeling OLD... Silver |
The second song is by Bowling for Soup on the "A Hangover You Don't Deserve" CD and the song is called "Almost."

;) Thanks for all of the help! I knew that I could count on GC!!!! I have one more favor to ask, and I have even less information... Does anyone know the title, artist, and album for a song that talks about being "Sorry for what I called you when I was drunk" and then the chorus has something to do with "Sleeping in the front yard with my clothes on"? Thanks! I appreciate the help, everyone!
I am a bit confused however, I found the song lyrics for the "In Da Club" song on the web. THEY ARE NOT what I heard on the radio...Are there multiple versions of this song? If so, where can I get a version without bad words? Thanks! Silver |

I believe that the clean version is on the CD Single. |
Thanks!

NICKELBACK LYRICS "Figured You Out" I like your pants around your feet And I like the dirt that's on your knees And I like the way you still say please While you're looking up at me You're like my favourite damn disease And I love the places that we go And I love the people that you know And I love the way you can't say no Too many long lines in a row I love the powder on your nose And now I know who you are It wasn't that hard, just to figure you out (Now I did, you wonder why) And now I know who you are It wasn't that hard, just to figure you out (Now I did, you wonder why) I like the freckles on your chest And I like the way you like me best And I like the way you're not impressed While you put me to the test I like the white stains on your dress And I love the way you pass the check And I love the good times that you wreck And I love your lack of self-respect While you passed out on the deck I love my hands around your neck And now I know who you are It wasn't that hard, just to figure you out (Now I did, you wonder why) And now I know who you are It wasn't that hard, just to figure you out (Now I did, you wonder why) (Why not before, you never tried) (Gone for good, and this is it) I like your pants around your feet And I like the dirt that's on your knees And I like the way you still say please While you're looking up at me You're like my favourite damn disease And I hate the places that we go And I hate the people that you know And I hate the way you can't say no Too many long lines in a row I hate the powder on your nose And now I know who you are It wasn't that hard, just to figure you out (Now I did, you wonder why) And now I know who you are It wasn't that hard, just to figure you out (Now I did, you wonder why) (Why not before, you never tried) (Gone for good, and this is it) |
